Terrible customer support. Required my band to truly have a fix that was passed on from the member of the family. The prong must be set. Fourteen days later the stone privately turned free. Required the band back again to ask them to restore the exact same prong, visit get my band plus they explained it must be delivered out to be fixed. Which this could take 2-3 weeks. They explained throughout the fix of the prong they broke my middle pearl jewel. The shop delivered the band to some merchant without my authorization or having a evaluation. I requested to possess my rock back because it was passed on from decades they stated it had been against shop plan. I expected for that disturb supervisors quantity they explained they werent permitted to provide that out. How they handled me was totally unnaceptable. I had been in holes... This band means alot in my experience. Its nothing like this band could be changed since its a family treasure. Don't purchase from jareds this can be a caution more then something!
