Introduced my wedding band occur for appointment. All was signed-off also it was ideal. Significantly less than 14 days later, introduced that same collection in order for them to solder on my wedding band. It had been and to be dropped in white gold. It had been delivered having a processor within the middle rock under a prong. They inform me this AFTER I signal & placed on my band to depart. Supervisor attributed processor on my misuse of my band (bad customer support) but ultimately decided to substitute the rock utilizing the same jeweler cuz he is able to get it done rapidly AND NEVER through the stone relationship which requires 6-8 months. I acquired it back today and my two side-stones are now actually milky!!! One of these has a lot of defects of milky-like places it's uncomfortable to use.
The worker said she understands my rocks weren't problematic like this after I arrived in initially. Supervisor was named but I just quit having a criticism telephone number. The worker was so upset the way the supervisor wasn't permitting her to assist me.
I do want to understand what the jewler was performing under a prong or having a stone free to be able to solder & drop my collection! He'd no company having my stone loose from the prong. Just how can he change-out all my diamonds with inexpensive rocks but pay written down he transformed out one? The worker was actually likely to create a declaration but she got screamed at from the mgr and he or she said she couldnt.
