I booked the "Three 1 Hour Aroma Derm Contouring Body Wrap And Massage Sessions for £59 (£225 Value)" through GROUPON and had my first session last week with a repeat booked this week Sunday.
I have to say that I was so bitterly disappointed after the first session that I have subsequently cancelled the next two. Not only did I not get a full hour treatment but there was no 'massage' to speak of, the lady who did my treatment was very sweet but spoke so much it wasn't the relaxing hour I had envisioned and she was more concerned about selling me the cream she used which I ended up having a reaction to anyway.
Whilst I realize I'll probably not get a refund for this terrible treatment, I thought you should be aware of some customer feedback so that hopefully the next person coming to you can actually justify paying the full GBP225 for such a treatment.
These GROUPON deals should always be seen as an opportunity to receive new customers who would be so blown away with the treatment/service received that they would be happy to come back repeatedly and pay the full price. Opportunity seriously missed in this case.
