Back in Sept I "successfully" accpeted a Groupon offer for a spa treatment. I tried many times to redeem the said treatment but have been unable to do this. The offer has now expired. I have emailed Groupon four times to complain but have had NO reply. I will not use the service again and am reviewing my legal options.
