I brought a coupon from groupon for keretin treatment for this salon, after call so many times to this salon for the appointment for Saturday they said they are full for next couple of Saturdays, then I called groupon to cancel this deal and for the refund but they said they will talk to them and immideately I received a call from a lady (with full of attitude). Asked me to come on Saturday at 8am when I said its early then she face me 2pm. One thing is clear that they were lying that were full. When I went there the salon was not at all full they were hardly 3 to 4customers. Basically they want to avoid taking appointments on Saturday. My hair long so they took $ 40 extra. The lady who was doing on my hair did know much. She started at 2.20 pm and her manager kept telling her do it fast coz there closing time is 5pm, so she did it really fast... And the result is my hair is all dry and rough I followed all their instruction, my previous hair was much better then this. So pls don't go there.
