I tried to purchase a deal from this company, got to the checkout and put my credit card details in and then had a message saying my email address wasn't registered. I re-entered my details and then got a message saying the groupon site wasn't available. When I checked my credit card a few days later the money had been taken anyway. I have contacted Groupon explaining what has happened, and sent a screen print from my credit card, and although they said they would investigate no one has bothered to contact me. Their customer service is appalling - I would strongly advise against using this company.
