This is actually the toughest customer support I've ever endured. Our fund and that I bought my wedding and wedding ring from their website. I received the band on the Mon (per week overdue) and dropped 2 side-stones by that friday! I named them-and a couple of days after no body acquired, I acquired a man who offered me the tackle to deliver it back and explained I'd obtain a complete reimbursement for this. It's been four weeks since I have delivered the band... I attempted to contact (again) to determine the things they would need to state and there phone-line is disconnected... Terrible PLEASE don't purchase something out of this location! Thats cash ill never see again!
