For the 30th wedding-anniversary my spouse and that I decided on a trilogy band occur white gold. It price £899.00. My band came right before Christmas 2010 and that I should confess I had been thrilled with it.in May simply 4 weeks after purchase, I had been terrified to learn that among the diamonds had dropped out and was dropped. I quickly approached Rachel who recommended me to come back the band so that they might examine if it had been a production problem. After I called them a couple of days later I had been informed that there is no-fault at their finish. I really couldnot think this when I do not do any maual function (apart from cleaning and that I do not use my band subsequently) and that I work-in an office so just how could I perhaps be-at problem? I had been told anything as easy as obtaining the band snagged on the tablecloth or comparable might lead to the environment to become free and also the stone drop out. What garbage-I've used my diamond solitaire wedding ring continuously for 35 years and not had an issue. I expected to get a complete reimbursement when I won't feel assured carrying this band again but was informed it was difficult. They've changed stone but I'm unhappy.
