I got my wedding band set for the 6-month examination underneath the esp guarantee in March. After checking the band, it'd to be sent for fix because of cracked rocks. I had been informed it'd be in 14 days. Fourteen days passed with no band. After I named, they stated it'd to be delivered to the maker simply because they needed to reduce fresh rocks to displace the cracked types. They stated the band could be fixed in per month. After not obtaining a phone per month later I once more named them. This time around they stated the band wouldn't prepare yourself for 3 more weeks! Today 4 weeks later I obtain a phone and you know what - OUR WEDDING BAND HAVE BEEN STOLEN COMING BACK AGAIN TO KAYS!!! And all-they might state was "we are sorry this occurred. Return in and we'll change it to get a band of equivalent worth (they do not have that band anymore) or we'll provide you with a store credit. They'd no regards towards the emotional worth my ring had and every other ring I get as an alternative for this might you need to be a band.inCREDIBLE!!!
