I received South Beach Brite & Sparkle in the mail and was not satisfied with the products. On my statement, it said my 14-day risk free trial ends on 12/14/09. I called on 12/14/09 and was told my credit card was already charged as of 12/13/09. I was asked to fax in the statement and promised a call back. I never got the call back so I called about 5 more times, left messages, faxed again. I wil
