I am really disappointed. I called Hollywood Brite just fine and called within the time frame but I can't cancel the South Beach one. I've tried and tried... To make matters worst the number is not a 1-800 number so I'll probably see long distance charges too... I am so frustrated I left 4 messages asking for a cancellation number or code and I get nothing. Today is day 14 for my trial and I ended up just cancelling my credit card saying it's lost or stolen so no further charges go on it. I didn't get charged the $79.99 but I still have not gotten anything from them. I am very disappointed! Will they still send it to me even after I asked them not too and try and bill me for it? We will see in the coming weeks... My worry is that if I canceled my card now are they going to send me to collections? Help to someone who is experiencing this. What did you do?
