Obtained damaged ring with platinum diamond necklace to obtain fixed. Visited choose it-up on deadline of fix, no body named. The string was mounted however the necklace lacking. Provided me the ring WOn't go with no necklace, which could not be studied off the string until it's damaged, it's not going to repair within the stops. Missing delivered 2/16 so far 3/20. No body named me actually I'm the one which needs to carry on towards the shop asking. Poor customer support on not maintaining knowledgeable or providing me a brand new necklace alternatively saying they're searching for it.
