Bought a expensive diamond necklace less than 5 months ago. Worn about 10 times. Clasp breaks. I take it back to Kay and was told should have bought there warranty policy. How about you sell merchandise that last more than 6 months. Never again. Have probably spent more the $10,000 at Kay Jewelers over the past 20 years. Not another dime.
