My partner and that I were dissatisfied with this last trip to Kay Jewelers 7 days before. We visited the shop 14 days before to possess my spouseis silver chain fixed. At that time his string had 2 necklaces onto it; one was a gold crucifix and also the additional one was a little, white-gold, heart shaped necklace. The worker who needed care people that evening evidently eliminated the crucifix necklace to wash it and did not spot the heart necklace drop. The issue was that she did that directly after we quit the shop. Whenever we acquired the string 7 days later, I realized that one's heart necklace was lacking. Therefore she informed us they might maintain looking, and might contact us again on Friday. This really is where all the clutter starts. No body in the shop named us on Thursday, therefore we went at night. Whenever we got there Cynthia had really a bitchy attitude and kept showing us that no body discovered my heart necklace; kept insisting that people were laying simply because they had never-lost any bit of jewelery before, and along with the worker who assisted us the 1st evening stated that she appreciated that there isnot a heart pendant about the string. My partner and that I decided not to store at Kay Jewelers again, and that I can give Cynthia a bit of my brain next time we're in the mall since we deserve an apology due to their error.
