I bid on and lost on a Titanium ring and lost, then bid on and won a pearl necklace. When I went to check out, both were in my shopping cart, the Titanium ring as a second chance offer. I contacted customer support to find out how to pay for the necklace only, then paid for the necklace and waited for it to arrive.
I get the package today and it is not the necklace I paid for, but the Titanium ring. Customer support says that I never paid for the necklace and they would be more than happy to refund my money, minus the 15% re stocking fee.
So for a $10 item $11.58 transaction fee & Shipping and Handling - I paid $21.58
I will receive a refund of $8.50 minus the postage and packaging I am out of pocket to return it.
I wish I would have read this thread first, it seems as if this is a common practice of theirs.: (Boo on you Bidz.com
