Earlier today my girlfriend visited the neighborhood Kay Jewelers shop in Titusville to obtain her white-gold gemstone replated. Works out that journey was useless, since the moment the girl who worked there required a glance at the band she stated they mightnot dish it since it is "fake." The band includes a 1ct moissanite jewel, and based on her they might just dish actual diamond rings. I actually donot really determine what her stage was, since my girlfriend and that I are well-aware that it's a moissanite band, actually, we selected for moissanite since it is just a cheaper option to a stone, and appears stunning in its approach. Moissanite is not designed to be considered a stone replica anyhow, therefore was the jeweler attempting to reveal the moisannite itself was not a genuine moissanite?
I wonder what she'd have stated when the band my girlfriend introduced had a pearl in the place of a moissanite, wouldn't it subsequently have now been worth being coated? Might we've to get rid of the moissanite before Kay Jewelers considered it worth being coated?
I believe it's definitely absurd the way the consultant of Kay Jewelers embarrassed my girlfriend by constantly placing along the band (as she was keeping it, nearly to maintain it from my girlfriend before completing her debate) and performing as though it were not worth being maintained by them. The individual was really fortunate I had beennot with my girlfriend when it just happened, since I understand I'd have elevated * for the reason that shop and could possibly need to be removed by protection. We have had the band plated before by Zales, plus they were really pleasant to us and had no issues whatsoever having it coated.
I will tell in the additional remarks with this site this organization is complete scum, plus they really should train their reps anything about customer support, as this lady obviously did not care to deal with my girlfriend just like a regular individual, alternatively she looked down on her behalf as though she weren't actually deserving enough to stay the shop.
