Never buy a product from this company. I bought their logo smartz software and they never even emailed me a dowmload link. I tried contacting them 4 or 5 times by email, but they never responded. Finally after 3 phone calls I demanded they email me the product. Although for some reason I was speaking to another company called Online Product Support.

After getting the product, it was horrible. The product did not do as described and was very difficult to use. Therefore, I wanted a refund. There terms stated that you could get a refund within 48 hours after getting the product.

I requested a refund the same day I received the product, however (not to my suprise) they never even responded to multiple attempts emailing them and calling them. It has been nearly two weeks now of a complete hassle with this company (companies) and I still have not gotten a refund or even been able to contact them. Worst customer service I've ever had. Never buy anything from them!
