Do not use ivory white! First of all, the product doesn't work at all like claimed. Second of all, after you send the product back to them, they will still charge you, and then refuse to refund you.
I ordered the trial version of their product, which they sent along with the full version. I tried the trial version; it was useless. So I sent the unopened full version back (both times paying shipping). They received the item, but apparently, they got it 2 days after the "due date" (which, incidentally, is only 14 days after the original order, giving you about 2 days to try out the product). A week later, they charged me for the full version.
I called and requested a refund since they already had the product. They refused, were extremely rude, and wouldn't transfer me to a supervisor. I was told that they could ship the product to me again (I'm sure, charging me shipping again). I don't want a product that doesn't work as claimed. I want my refund. They are refusing to budge on the issue.
