Purchased a/wedding collection and was informed they'd be measured and soldered in a later day for free. The capture IS JUST should you purchase the warranty. It was not revealed once the purchase was made. When we got the occur to become measured and soldered, we were cited a cost of $85.00. This cost could be removed only when we purchased the warranty for $120.00 This, in my experience is extremely deceptive. Why might I want a long warranty. NEVER again am I going to patronize Kay Jewelers. I'd suggest others also store elsewhere.
