Jewelry - Ring Sizing/Soldering

I got my wedding band collection (solitaire and cover) directly into Kay Jewelers in the Midland Mall since the band had began to lure soap/dust/muck on my hand and created my hand bust out. The band was restricted, and also the shop team recommended having it measured up half of a dimension. I decided and had them deliver my band out. I went directly into get my band and immediately visited place the band on. I really could not have it on my hand. The team immediately had reasons and fault. They stated that my hand was possibly swollen from travelling the mall or sipping warm coffee. Actually, neither was accurate. I'd simply joined the mall and had a-cup of snow in my own hand. The store salesman recommended that my hand had swollen up since I have hadnot had a band on since falling it down in the shop. Subsequently upon deeper study of the ring, I came across the solitaire diamond ring wasn't arranged using the outer cover ring. It had been soldered back UNEVEN. The cover has two indentions where the solitaire would be to point up, also it was apparent towards the attention that it didn't point up. I had been mad. Then I recognized that I noticed skin through both bands, and usually I'd have no space to determine something during that. The jeweler had soldered the bands back uneven, and differently compared to unique environment. The middle solitaire ring should have been somewhat bigger than the cover, which permitted both bands to fall into line completely - BEFORE. I had been informed from the team that it had been my problem the band did not match, also it was my problem the band setting was unique. What? I anticipated my band to return searching the same as it appeared after I slipped it down, I simply needed it to suit my hand! I had been livid! Then I had been informed the cost to truly have the band measured up might improve, by $30. Which was crazy. I had been getting billed for soldering/unsoldering again, once they needed to do this to repair their error of placing it together uneven!!! I quit the shop really disappointed, and am presently waiting until December 20th to obtain my band back. I've sent Customer Support and allow the shop in the nearby mall understand how disappointed I'm using their support. At this time my statement is believed to become at $76. The diamond solitaire was bought at Kay, however the cover wasn't. Based on the shop, this is actually the cost of getting one ring measured up and also the soldering/unsoldering charge.
