(Disappointed Experience)
Recently I bought a groupon voucher from Still Racing International Pte Ltd "used to be SILENT Pte Ltd", They claim as Paintless Dent Removal. After making an appointment through email, i waited for their confirmation reply email. But I receive none, i tried several times to call them but end up being hung up. On the appointment day, when i drove my car down to their workshop. After their mechanic see the dent on my car door. They told me they can fix it. One of the mechanic went to get a pump-like equipment and still using it on the dent several time but they fail to removal the dent. Then the mechanic say the groupon voucher you paid for isn't enough to fix this dent. At least need you to pay $30 more for fixing it. End up they pick the most tiny dent and suck it out.
Then they call it a day. It seems that they are bloodsucker that is out to suck our hard earn money. So i urge all our fellow user, don't support these kind of shop. STOP buying voucher from these bloodsucking shop. How could Groupon allow such unscrupulous shop to sell their voucher here?
