On or about September 17th I ordered an Eagle II Dent Pulling System from your company online. The money was withdrawn from my personal account on said date; in the amount of $595.00. As of 3/11/09, I still have not received my Eagle II dent removal system. I have made numerous calls and sent many emails to the company and have had no response back. On November 25th I made a call to the office and was told by Neena that she did not know why my Eagle II had not been sent out and would look into the matter, but have still had no response.
