Delayed shipping my order by 2 days then shipped the wrong item. Correct item included an extra part, shipped item extra part not included. Customer Service (after being put on hold for 30 minutes). Response to my request to ship the missing part, which they show in stock, "No". Response to my request to refund me the difference, "No". Response to my request to send me overnight shipping label to return item and have correct item overnighted to me, "No". Come to find out from the manufacturer that they have no affiliation with this seller and they've been trying to get their products removed from the site. Horrible experience. These cast a dark shadow on the manufacturers they're selling (unauthorized).
