On 6/30 I placed an on line order with this company. It was OnlineOrder_00473650. The order was shipped in a timely manner, but they shipped an incorrect item.
I have sent numerous (12 total) E-mail messages. I requested a return authorization number and a paid shipping label so that I could ship the incorrect item back to them.
I was assured twice that the correct item would be shipped out by a support person that signed his name as - Rob GLE INC.
It has been approx. One (1) week since I sent them my last E-mail and have yet to receive a response.
It has been 85 days since the original order was placed on line and I have yet to receive the correct item or the requested materials to ship the incorrect item back to them.
It is my opinion that this company has a VERY poor customer support system and should be listed due to this ongoing problem with the company.
