I requested an RM-INCH Scat Mat with 2 rechargeable collars. I received the collars within days. I innocently created an request to Hi-Tech Animals requesting an ETA about the Pad.in 8 weeks of several demands for info I obtained just automatic responses. I required an RMA number and directions on returning my purchase. This week (week of July 18) I received the pad. I am likely to return the gear and wish that it generally does not get weeks to obtain my $320 back. I can't buy another answer until then. I'm a VERY DISAPPOINTED client.
