I called Petco to place a order since the merchandise was a online order only. I absolutely could not understand the woman who answered my call and finally hung up after five minutes of repeating myself multiple times. We never made it to the pay portion of the call for my order. I called back five minutes later expecting to get a new sales rep but it was the same lady. Her Indian accent was so heavy I had to give my girlfriend the phone to finish our order due to I could not communicate with her. She sent our online receipt to a different email address other than what we gave her. Thus prompted our third call to their customer service to be told they could not change it at first then finally we were sent a email that was definitely just forwarded from the original. Still can't track our order and even see the expected date of delivery. Due yourself a favor and go to Petsmart! I will never order from them again or even step a foot in their stores after this experience. The most confidence I have in them after this experience is our order will not arrive and have already written this off as a $40 lesson!
