I ordered a 32" dog kennel 10 days ago. Two days ago UPS tried to deliver it, but Petco forgot to specify my apartment number in the address, so delivery was delayed. Finally the kennel was delivered, but the size was wrong. They shipped the wrong item. My order was for a 32" kennel, but they sent a 36". An online chat with customer service resulted in an exchange request, and the representative wrote that it would take up to 24 hours to arrange the exchange and let me know by email. After 24 hours passed, I contacted customer service again, since nothing had changed. They asked me to wait another 24 hours. Now 48 hours have passed and there is no information about the shipping time of the correct item.
I would never order this kennel from Petco if I knew that Petco is not able to ship it on time. I need to take my pet on a trip with me soon, but I still do not know when I will get the right kennel.
