I purchased some dewormer and cat toys from PETCO and chose the 2nd day delivery. The order did not deliver on time as somewhere in the process the end of my address was clipped and didn't show on the package. I'm inclined to believe this was the fault of fedex, but when I reported the issue (via email) to Petco, I received a quick personalized apology (via email) and a credit back for more than the difference in delivery cost. This is what customer service should look like. I am very satisfied with their efforts to keep me a happy customer. Great online shopping experience! From this experience, I highly recommend shopping from their online site.
