Paid top dollar for a puppy who arrived sans a Tail! Never was told the tail was docked. The dog also arrived dirty and had a urinary tract infection and Giardia. I talked to customer service, and they promised a response within two days. Still have not heard back from them. These people sit in there Florida offices and represent Breeders that they have never meet and who's standards are misrepresented. Never never you this company
