Amazing

My boyfriend and i just recently got a miniature dachshund from the purebred breeders.com i was a little weary about the web site and buying a dog off line. We purchased our new puppy on a tuesday and got him that friday. When we got him he was such a joy and he still is an amazing loving puppy, such a joy to have a around loves kids and our other dog. I was not to happy when we brought him to the vet's for his first exam. Our puppy came up positive with giardia. We had to pay alot in vet fee's and medicines. Then the next week our puppy was having breathing troubles so we took him back to the vet's office and he ended up having a respiratory infecting that was devloping over time. So thats more money and more med's. He was not potty trained what so ever (he is learning fast) and he also is a poop eater as well. They say that dogs who lunge at their food and also eat there feces also are not potty trained where not taken care of when they were first born up till the time you get them. The company was very hesitant to connect me to the breeder also would not give me a name or number (only when i purchased the puppy would i get the number and name). After getting our pup my boyfriend and i checked the better business bureau and come to find out purebred breeders was not listed. They also come out of florida. Most puppy mill dogs are bred out of CO. S in florida. And are also bred in mass production. Which the pups who have a lack of food will eat whatever is in front of them (feces). Im not saying not to purchase a dog from purebred breeders.com because our new puppy is a joy and we love him very much but just be careful and really look at the money you are paying to get the puppy. They also did not tell us the puppy was at the vet 3 times before for deworming as well before we purchased him. What does that tell you??? The breeders obviously are in it for the money and not the animals health, because if a breeder was serious about the dogs they are breeding they would NOT have worms and other illnesses.
