We had chosen a french bull dog puppy with this company. The day before she was to be shipped they finally responded to me about the shipping information. As it turns out the reason for not responding was the puppy weighed less than 2 pounds. We had been given photos of the breeders son holding supposedly our puppy in his arms and that dog weighed more than 2 pounds. We called our vet and she said somethign is wrong. It should weigh more than that. We got to speak with the breeder on a conference call. As it turns out she said it was a tea cup or minature french bull dog. She completley danced around the issue. We said we were never told it was a minature. She woould not provide the vet information to us about her last visit, so at this point we said this is not the dog for us.
We gave Pure Bred Breeder's the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was a breeder you could not trust. We chose another puppy and when she arrived she had Giardia. We did her puppy check within the two days of arrival and all was fine. We did not do the fecal since the fecal was to have been done by the breeders vet before she coudl eb shipped. She gave it to oour other French Bull dog. It took almost 7 months to get rid of it. We spent an enourmous amount with our vet for the dogs to be tested over and over, given medication and cleaning the dog area, toys etc constantly. We could not take out dogs to Day Care or leave them at the kennel because we did not want to get other dogs sick.
We were in the process of negotiating a reimbursement for the costs, time off work, etc, but they are not willing to settle for what our costs and time.
When we asked for the breeders fecal test they could not find it in their files and they said they no longer use that breeder nor the first breeder. They obvioulsy, despite what they say, have no clue who the breeders are or the conditon of the breeder's facilities.
I highly suggest you never, ever buy a dog from them.
