This past week I went to purchase a laptop computer at the North Olmsted, Oh location. I went to find an associate who can help. Once I found someone I told the guy I need help with finding a laptop for me. He gave me a look as if he did not want to help. He then stated to me "If I were you I wouldn't buy one from here, they are not worth it". That took me by surprise because this is your job and you're telling a potential customer not to spend their money on what keeps your paychecks coming? As we proceeded to walk he saw a lady in wheel chair who he knew and started a conversation with her while I'm waiting for him to help. I could not believe what just happened. I walked out very upset! I took my money to another walmart where the customer service was ten times better than what I received at this one. How rude and poor customer service I received. People need to appreciate their jobs more than they do because someone else who is unemployed would be very happy to have their job.
