My laptop suffered a complete electrical failure, i contacted hp customer services in the uk (north east) who dealt with me professionally and curteousely, they sent several item ie: re start discs, new hard drive etc through the post to me, after attempting to restart my laptop without success, they collected, repaired and re delivered my laptop in full working order in less than a week, im extremely happy with the service i have received, thank you, my son needs a laptop and ill definately be getting him a hp... Thank you for all your help guys..
