Direct tv - rude employees and management

I called into direct tv a few times to inform them a quote to get my services restored and they all gave me the same qoute but when i went to go and pay for my services the employees and manager were rude and hung up on me and they told me a whole different story and quote and i believe that if they quote you a price several times then they should stand by it and also inform there employees with the correct procedures and information!!!
