Civic Center Inn San Francisco

I just came back from San Francisco booked a Civic Center Inn via priceline and got stuck for 7 night in a smelling with urine, full of homeless people neighbourhood in a hotel where I was beaten by bed bugs (!!!)- 40 bites including those on my face (!!!) after the first night with NON-REFUNDABLE reservation. Thank you Priceline.com, that was indeed once in a lifetime experience!
