I have received the worst customer service in the world with these reps. I had put in to receive services thru directtv. I was than told to submit a copy of my lease, and id. I did this. I called today 07/23 and spoke with John in the verification department whom called me a liar and told me that even though I had a 800 credit score that I was associated with someone that use to live at this address and this person had a high bill. Even though on my lease there isn't anyone by that name on my lease. He hung up on me three times after I asked to speak to his supervisor. He said there isn't anyone higher than him and he made the final decision. Than I just keep getting bounced around. I than was told it was being handled in the residential special handling department so when I told them my situation when they again asked me was I related to this person I said no i have no idea who this person is they stated that unfortunately this person left a high balance at this address and I still could not have services in my name with my ssn and my credit score being 800 I again stated can I speak with a supervisor and she stated she doesn't have one there is no one higher than she. This is unbelievable really. At first I was going to go to a different company but now I say nope because I am determined to get my services through them due to you can't penalize me for someone else mistakes!!!
