I have never been happy with their service, they lied about the prices so definitely get something in writing... Don't tell them you are considering another company they'll shut off your service then volunteer to come out and fix it...
The guy that installed our dish had to dig three different holes to get service I have one empty hole, one pole stuck in cement and the final pole in cement with the dish in my backyard. Impressive
