Tech shows up with major attitude—says Direct TV HD Satalite Dish simply cannot be installed on a balcony—after my protests he calls his supervisor—then says he needs to go get install equipment and with traffic will get back soon as possible—their offices are less than 30 minutes away even with traffic—he doesn't return and of my call and then finally calls just minutes before knocking at my dorr after 9pm and over 4 hours after the initial service call—by then I am on the phone with Direc TV and the Directv Rep hears his sarcastic attitude and him telling me "By the way the thing (a pole to mount the dish on) is 75 bucks, so you want this installed or what. I say you are over four hours late and now also expect me to pay 75 dollars for a pole. He said oh you just want something for nothing—you want this installed or not". I said, or not—you can leave". He stromed out—and the Directv representative hear it all and said she would file a complaint. I then get a call at almost 10pm from a supposed Supervisor, and after calling their offices and hearing they were closed— the supervisor first said it just sounded like a misunderstanding—after I further explained—he said oh well that's not good—but the situation remains unresolved a day later. Direct really need to drop this company as a service provider!
