When i go to your washington store at lunch time i go through the express 10 items or less. On at least 3 visits the cashies is ringing out a customer with full catrs. I need to wait sometimes 15 to 20 minutes just to buy my cigars. When i ask someone else to get them i am told i must purchase tobacco thru that cashier
