They lied when they hooked up my service. Told me that they would have to put 2 huge holes in my roof to put the dish up. So I paid them $75 to put a pole in the yard. Then I didn't any local channels. So I canceled my service the very next day and was told I was not going to be charged. A couple days later I got a bill for $67 in the mail. Now a month later they have charged my credit card $347 for what??? NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!!! Never!!! I now have to cancel my credit card and get a new one sent to me. Not to mention direct tv has sub contractors working for them that they don't back up. The 2 guys at my house were creepy and FULL OF SHIT!
