They lied when they hooked up my service. They told me they would have to put two huge holes in my roof to put the dish up, so I paid them $75 to put a pole in the yard. Then I did not get any local channels, so I canceled my service the very next day and was told I would not be charged.
A couple of days later, I got a bill for $67 in the mail. Now, a month later, they have charged my credit card $347 for what??? Never give them your credit card number!!! Never!!! I now have to cancel my credit card and get a new one sent to me.
Not to mention, Direct TV has subcontractors working for them that they do not back up. The two guys at my house were creepy.
