Well for starters dont ever sign a contract with them because if you move and you go to somewhere that wont allow satelites they will only allow you 6mths of suspenion time and if you are living there for more then that they will all the sudden turn your service back on W/O informing you that your services has been turned back on and start charging you. We had to pay a $300 cancelation fee the 2 months of service that we didnt even have when all we wanted to do was suspend our time tell we moved out of the condo that we were living in and we would have completed our contract once we moved out. I will never do business with Directv nor will my family who just recently finished there contract and switched to Dish which they LOVE!!
