My mom ordered a Groupon Goods voucher for an indoor grill as a gift for me in November and it never arrived. She's been told twice now that it's in the mail, but they won't give her a tracking number or tell her where it's coming from or what company is shipping it. I would love to know what they're going to do to make this right since so far no one has been helpful.
