I ordered Direct TV and they told me it was $21.15 for the install and hook up! I western union $22.00 to them. When the installer showed up he told me it would cost $75.00 for a pole mount and $16.00 for a flat wire. I explained that Direct TV told me it was a total cost of $21.15 for the hook up. Needless to say nothing was hooked up and I cancelled my order. Now I have been fighting with Direct TV to get my money back for over 2 weeks and after talking to over 30 some different people I am still waiting on my refund! There will be no direct tv for me ever again! Bad expirence right from the very first phone call! I do not recommend them to anyone!
