Misinformation on ordering

After many mailings for soliciting a subscription to use Direct TV, I applied on line for the "Choice pkg." for $39.99 with free installation for 4 rooms for 12 months. Also ordered a DVR for additional $6.00 per month with no charge for additional receivers. The installer who came was an independent contractor who used most of the wiring that was present by the cable company. He hooked up the DVR which was also the receiver, but no receivers for the two other TVs. He said he would call in and a new installer would have to come later to do it at no charge. I called Direct TV to see if when they would be back and was told that it would be $69.00 each for the other two rooms. I told them I would not pay the additional charges and asked to talk to a supervisor, who said there was nothing they could do, so I cancelled the order. So don't order on line - call their 800 number and ask every questions that you can think of before placing an order with Direct TV.
