Different Story Every Month While Refund Owed Is Never Paid

Calling every month and... Every month I'm told different information (story)... If they recorded all my conversations with customer services that I have make every single month they know they owe me money.

But this time I was told that they believe me... But... Told me they cannot do anything about it... How can I have a contract with Direct TV... By the way my bill when up also... I would like to sit with them to listen to all my conversations with customer services...
