Purchased laptop on Black friday, wrapped and gave it to my daughter on christmas. Opened it up, wouldnt power up, could never get it to work at all. Tried to take it back, but your stupid 15 day return policy would not allow me too. Im not in the habit of buying something brand new, and trying it out to see if it works... Shouldnt have to do that, especially this time of the year. Shame on you for selling crap, then not standing behind it.
