Ok, purchased the BLACK FRIDAY HP laptop from walmart in salem, oregon. Wrapped it up, and gave it to my daughter for christmas. She opened it up, and the dang thing didnt even work, would not power on at all. So we stood in line at the returns for over an hour, only to find out that wal-mart sells crap HP laptops, and you only have 15 days to return it. So you actually have to try out a BRAND NEW gift to make sure it works or you will be screwed. I couldnt believe that they would not stand behind the product they sell. What a racket. I should of ordered it from QVC, they let you return gifts till the end of january. Walmart should be ashamed of themselves, you ruined a great christmas for our family. Now, i have to call HP, and have them fix something that is brand freakin new. Wow. Im never shopping at Wal-mart again.
