Both myself and my fiance on multiple calls to customer service were told our monthly bill would be around $60.00 including taxes... Our bill was almost $80.00
I was told by doing a bundle with At&t I would get a $10 discount on my Direct Tv bill. That was a lie, it was only $5. I'm almost in my third billing cycle and I have gotten NO discount...$5 or $10.
Customer service and management seems not to care or honor what the sales staff tells customers.
6 weeks in and I haven't gotten my $100 gift card either. I'm guessing that was a lie as well. My next stop is Consumer Affairs... That's how bad my experience with Direct TV is.
