I am not happy at all with services and they are miss leading customers. My initial bill was $39.99/ month and they told me to sign up for auto bill pay and you will get discount which i did. When i got my first bill which it shows $39.99 without any discount. I called their customer services and i talked to their supervisor and all what they are explaining is lies to cover up their fraud. I don't recommend Direct tv services to anyone.
