The FIRST day when direct tv came to my house the guy was like 4 hiurs late when i needed to be somewhere and then he took about another 2 hours to install it but what really made me mad was when the big strong guy installing it moved our tv set 2 feet out from the wall and left it there and then lerf our house when my at the time my 7 month pregnant mother couldnt move and we had to call my uncle and then it didnt even work and we had to wait 3 weeks for another person would come out they give HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT DO SERVICE WITH THEM!!!
